Step by Step: Dragon – BF110D Part-3

Bf110D İlk kat boya

After the body and wings are assembled, I applied primer. I used Tamiya’s spray gray. After the primer was thoroughly dried, I started “pre-shading”.

I used white and metallic gray for pre-shading. Tamiya XF-2 and Vallejo Aluminum Metal Color.

I also used the metal color to paint all the propellers. I applied AK Interactive’s “chipping liquid” before applying the original color.

After the pre-shading was finished, I used the chipping liquid on the propellers and on the metallic parts.

After “Chipping Liquid” dried, I painted the entire plane in Tamiya XF-1 Black.

Since I didn’t have time, I was able to do black paint 24 hours after chipping. Nevertheless, it worked and I was able to give the worn-out effect.

I made mistakes while making some small details and broke at least 4 different pieces. I somehow managed to reunite. I hope they won’t stand out once the model is complete.

After the paint dried, I put a thin coat of “bright polish” on it.
