This dossier documents my build of the Turkish-marked PZL P.24 number 2014 using Mirage Hobby’s 1/48-scale kit. The aircraft’s development and Turkish service are covered separately in the linked Historical Dossier.
The kit and the subject
I used the Mirage Hobby PZL/KTF P.24A/C Turkish Air Force kit, number 48105, choosing aircraft 2014 from the included Turkish marking options. Comparing the model with a period photograph of the same numbered aircraft became one of the distinctive elements of the project.

From primer to natural metal
The build photographs show the finishing sequence: grey primer, a black base and an aluminium appearance applied over it. The resulting model emphasizes a natural-metal finish. The original dossier does not specify verified paint brands or colour codes, so none have been invented here.

Real aircraft and scale model
I compared the completed model with a period image of Turkish aircraft 2014. These are paired images from different sources; rights for the underlying historical photograph should be reviewed separately.

Finished model
The model combines a metallic airframe, red wing markings, the number 2014 and a Turkish flag on the rudder. The gallery below shows the completed build from different angles.
